We ship using FedEx or Canada Post standard shipping, delivery times will vary. We will notify you once your order has been shipped.
Shipping is FREE on all orders.
Your order will be shipped 3-5 business days after payment has been received in full. We will email you with a notification of shipment and tracking number.
Custom orders and some orders may take 4-8 weeks for delivery.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We have a 7 day policy. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom made orders will NOT be refunded or exchanged. Custom orders include any rings that had to be sized, items that are engraved, engagement rings and all personalized jewellery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* Any item not in its original condition and is damaged will NOT be refunded or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
